Vegetarian food is good for you and good for the planet. It is the single most important thing that we can do to reduce our impact on the planet.

There are many reasons why you might not be eating as much vegetarian food as you would like to:

  1. Perhaps you don’t have a good rotation of vegetarian recipes?
  2. Or you don’t know how to cook delicious vegetarian food?
  3. Perhaps you don’t have time to research and prepare vegetarian meals for yourself and/or your family?
  4. Maybe you don’t like vegetarian food?!
  5. Or maybe you are worried about the healthiness of a vegetarian diet?

Vital Sustenance can help you with most of these problems. We are working towards creating meal plans that take the time and effort out of planning and sourcing vegetarian, seasonal and local meals.
