Melbourne foodie adventures part three – tea houses

Whoever said that you can’t find a bad meal in Melbourne was lying! I had plenty of awful meals, and a few VERY good ones 🙂 The highlights of my Melbourne foodie adventures were a falafel salad at a cafe in Kew yesterday, and a delicious pizza, with the most glorious glass of Prosecco on Saturday night in the city. Also a very reasonably priced, delicious and healthy Japanese meal in a little restaurant in South Yarra.

Tea is a good excuse to stop for the bathroom, no? What do you do if you need to go to the toilet in the city? It is nice to stop for something a bit different, rather than try and find a public toilet or a pub, when adventuring in the city.

There are some interesting smoothies being sold in Melbourne. Particularly in the Hawthorn region. Is this a chain?

The best thing about Melbourne foodie adventures though, is the people 🙂 So friendly! Even in suburbs I didn’t like very much, the people living there were lovely!

It was a lovely adventure of exploration and I can’t wait to go back! I have one more post in this series that I will try to bring you tomorrow.

Until then! Cheers! 🙂
